Terms of Agreement Part 2 - Solo Travel Now Course
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("Client") and Lajoie Fortune LLC ("Company"). By enrolling in the Solo Travel Course offered by the Company, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Course Description: The Solo Travel Course offered by Lajoie Fortune LLC provides educational content, guidance, and recommendations for individuals planning to travel alone. The course is designed to equip Clients with information and skills related to solo travel.
2. Assumption of Risk: Client acknowledges that travel, whether alone or with others, carries inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, accidents, illness, injury, property damage, and unforeseen circumstances. By enrolling in the Solo Travel Course, Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel and agrees to travel at their own risk.
3. Limitation of Liability: Client understands and agrees that neither Lajoie Fortune LLC, nor any of its instructors, employees, or agents, shall be held liable for any harm, injury, loss, damage, or any other adverse outcomes experienced by the Client during their travels. This limitation of liability applies to all aspects of the Solo Travel Course, including but not limited to content, advice, recommendations, or any other information provided by the Company.
4. No Warranty: Lajoie Fortune LLC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, quality, accuracy, or reliability of the information provided in the Solo Travel Course. The information is offered "as is," and the Company disclaims any warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Release and Indemnification: Client agrees to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Lajoie Fortune LLC, its instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the Solo Travel Course or any consequences of travel. Client further agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, including legal fees and costs, arising from the Client's actions during their travels.
6. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which Lajoie Fortune LLC is registered or operates.
7. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
9. Acknowledgment: Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement, and that they have had the opportunity to seek legal counsel or clarification if necessary before enrolling in the Solo Travel Course.
By enrolling in the Solo Travel Course offered by Lajoie Fortune LLC, Client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions. This Agreement is binding on both parties and shall remain in effect during the entire duration of the course and any subsequent travels.


10. No Refunds: Client acknowledges and agrees that Lajoie Fortune LLC has a strict no-refund policy. Once the payment for the Solo Travel Course is made, it is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. Client is responsible for reviewing all course details and ensuring their commitment to the course before enrolling.
By enrolling in the Solo Travel Course, Client affirms their understanding and acceptance of the "No Refunds" policy.



I, also the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration of my participation in Any Thinkific course organized by Lajoie Fortune LLC:
  1. Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Lajoie Fortune LLC, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for any injuries, damages, or losses, whether personal or property, that may arise out of my participation of any workshop, course, or program conducted under Lajoie Fortune LLC.
  2. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of my participation of any workshop, course, or program conducted under Lajoie Fortune LLC.
  3. Medical Treatment: In the event of any injury or illness, I authorize Lajoie Fortune LLC to secure and administer necessary medical treatment, and I agree to assume all costs associated with such treatment.
  4. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States Of America.
